My entire career has been spent leading people into believing in themselves both as a special education teacher and as a Leadership Consultant/Trainer.
I believe strongly in the "28 Days to Employment" program. With my background in special education and as a college instructor, I see this system as a viable and essential program for career development in our high schools and colleges.
In the corporate world, I have created organizational surveys used for hiring, succession planning, and training needs assessments and conducted cultural and development assessments. I have designed and implemented technical and leadership training programs, opened Employee Development Departments, and opened and managed an organizational Learning Center. These corporate experiences have shown me that adults also need guidance and coaching in career planning.
As the National Program Director for PeoplePower, LLC, I have the opportunity to lead others using the basic principal: "I am only successful when my client is successful." That is why I am extremely proud to be a part of PeoplePower, LLC and the tremendously successful "28 Days to Employment" system.
