PeoplePower provides job readiness, professional development and human relations training programs to non-profit job placement organizations and government agencies to prepare individuals to enter the workforce or advance their success within the workforce, thus becoming self-supporting, productive members of society. In addition we provide assistance to clients, most of whom are economically disadvantaged, with adequate job placement to provide economic sustainability at a living wage.
The mission of PeoplePower is to deliver quality training programs that meet the needs of individuals who are ready to succeed, and fit the needs of employers who are willing to hire, thereby providing economic development and financial empowerment to our community. Our goal is to administer customized training programs. The training combined with job placement assistance through our employer membership will lead to full time employment and enable individuals to work and develop their abilities leading to self-sufficiency as productive members of society.
