I hope you don't mind but I made a copy of the article and sent it to Sara Barthels and shared it with our branch manager also. I'm glad you've decided to stay in Wisconsin -- we can really use people/businesses that invest themselves in our communities!
Thank you!

I would like to thank you for all your helpful efforts in my job search. Your program laid the ground work for my future. In the year that I was unemployed, I would receive copies of jobs from my caseworker that had appeared in the local paper that were already four weeks old and that was very frustrating and was not helpful at all. Your program has helped me learn many new and practical ways to find employment especially in the hidden job market. Keep up the good work of giving your knowledge of the real world of employment.

I am writing to issue support of the 28 Days to Employment system. This is a program that looks at more than just what a job needs from you, but encourages participants to examine themselves accordingly. Our clients who are enrolled in the program have made a commitment to this self-assessment and to becoming better citizens and members of a viable workforce, no matter which they choose. I have found that the program enhances and develops self-esteem, because they find skills and abilities that they never recognized as skills and abilities. They have begun to notice and accept their talents and plan to use them in meaningful ways -- and all this in 28 days!
What we really like about the program is that as a leader and facilitator, Mr. Brown is down to earth, honest and practical.
This program is worthwhile. Mr. Brown's vision for a "people-powered" workforce is necessary in times where much of the focus is on the employer.
It has been an honor to have been selected to be involved with 28 Days to Employment and I have every confidence, that the women in our program are better because of it.
